Yes! We are an insured and legitimate LLC. Additionally we carry workers compensation insurance which allows us to to work at various marinas and dealerships.

We accept cash, cheque, venmo, or credit cards and provide receipts. Please be advised that payment via credit card will incur a 4% surcharge.

We appreciate payment on the same day we provide our service but we understand this may not always be practical. If we are unable to collect payment on the same day, we will make an effort to contact you for payment within the same week and before your next service. Please understand that for continual or large outstanding payments, we may suspend our services until payment is collected or it is agreed that BoatEase services will cease entirely.

We will make arrangements with you directly to have your boat come to our work space in St Boni. Alternatively we can make arrangements with your storage company or dealership to get your boat transported to us.

Yes! 99% of the time we can get your teak looking as good as new. Results will vary depending on the amount of time the stain has been left to soak in. Spot cleaning on teak in good condition is possible but the reality might be that we need to give your decks a good old fashioned scrubbing. Bringing tired teak back to life is something we relish and we know you will be amazed by the results we can achieve.

We use a range of quality marine grade and eco friendly products that we have gained confidence in from our many years of experience. While there are some jobs that require stronger products than others, we start with a gentle “less is more” approach. We use appropriate wash mitts and brushes for your gelcoat and painted surfaces. We dry with a synthetic chamois or micro fiber towels.
